We had used a realtor in the past and knew they would install a lockbox causing a bunch of people to be traipsing through our home at all hours of the day and evening. House Buyers on the other hand, was agreeable to allowing us to remain the home until the day of settlement and having little to no access inside without a prior appointment. We knew there were repairs needing to be done but you didn’t ask us to make any improvements preceding your purchase of our property.nThe thing I liked best was about the process was it was easy from start to finish. We closed in the time frame we wanted and all our expectations were met while receiving exceptional customer service.nI would rate House Buyers an 8 or 9 because there is always room for improvement in all we do in life and I would definitely recommend you to friends, family, or neighbors.
