Distressed Property
Do you have a client who wants to sell a distressed property
and doesn’t have the time or money to renovate the house? Or
do you have clients who need to sell a house fast, like in days,
not weeks or months?
Look no further, we will buy their house AS IS and you can earn
a full 6% commission by representing us in the transaction (you will get paid a 3% commission for representing us as the buyer). If you are not under a listing agreement with the seller, we will pay you a finders fee of $3,000 to $10,000 depending on how good the deal is. Please only refer houses that either need a lot of work or deals that require a quick closing. We’re not interested in houses that are in good condition unless the seller needs to sell the house fast.
