My sister and I inherited moms house after her passing. The inspection report from a potential buyer was 63 pages long, and needless to say they backed out! House buyers of America bought our house as is, and it was completed in a couple months. Everyone we talked with was great! I couldn’t recommend them enough. The house was in in Va. And we live in NC, everything was done by mail!
