I did my research on other companies and most of them don’t buy As Is because they don’t want to make repairs. Well, I didn’t have the money to make repairs, so I needed a company that would buy it the way it was. I had my realtor friend look at the contract and the settlement paperwork and she said everything looked normal. If I had gone through a realtor, I would have had to fix everything and clean it up and stage it so it would look pretty. I just did not have the finances for that. It worked out really well for me. It was very easy and quick. Now I’m living in a place with a maintenance staff to fix anything that comes up!
