Everything worked out really well. I was skeptical at first since no one I knew had used a service like House Buyers of America. I was selling my dad’s house, and everyone I spoke with was incredibly helpful, responsive, and reassuring. The online paperwork made things easier during the pandemic, and they even came to my workplace for settlement. Moving my dad into assisted living was stressful, but House Buyers made selling the house the easiest part. Everything happened quickly, communication was excellent, and I would absolutely use them again.
