So, my wife and I decided to go through House Buyers to sell. The Real EstatenConsultant was nice to talk to and helpful, and the Settlement Coordinator and Dispositions Consultantnwere too. They didn’t make us spend any money on fixing it up – bought it As Is. What I really liked wasnthat we could sign electronically and do a virtual closing. My wife has an autoimmune deficiency, so notnhaving to go out was very convenient for us. It was all very smooth and quick.
