At first we were a little skeptical but after reviewing House Buyers on the BBB, we decided to call and find out if it would be possible to sell our house to you. The REC contacted us immediately and addressed our concerns. After our conversation we felt more at ease and worked out a favorable offer for both parties. nOur neighbors had a contract on their property before we struck a deal with House Buyers and our house closed before theirs since they took the traditional route of using a realtor. It also seemed as though contractors were in and out of their house at all hours every day repairing or updating something. I can’t even imagine the cost they incurred with all that hassle.nOur only complaint is we did feel a bit rushed and would have liked more time to review our documents for closing. The title company sent us the seller’s docs one day before closing and expected us to speed through the HUD without any explanations. If we hadn’t been experienced in selling a home we could’ve gotten into an even bigger mess. nAt the end though I would definitely recommend you guys to friend, family, and coworkers because this was the smoothest transaction we’ve ever had in real estate.
