Overall, I had a good experience working with House Buyers of America. My situation was fluid with my tenants moving out, so House Buyers was able to work with me on getting a suitable date to close. Things went pretty well throughout the process. I was wanting to sell my house quickly and without a lot of hassle as I now live in Texas. With House Buyers I was able to accomplish my goal.
