Single Mom needed a simple solution

I would like to begin by stating that I am a busy single mom who works full time and manages a home while shuffling my daughter to necessary events. I had held on to my Mom’s home for three years and then I finally contacted an agent to help me. His plan was to sell as is but I would still have had to pay for inspections, closing costs and commissions. I will definitely recommend House Buyers to friends, family or co-workers who are in need of selling a home quickly and easily. In my eyes you guys did all the hard work and simply saved the day. I had received many letters from other companies as well as House Buyers but you guys had the highest rating out of everyone out there. When I was first dialing the number, I have to admit I was skeptical. It was something I knew I needed to do because paying taxes on a vacant home and keeping up with the landscaping / utilities was eating money for no reason. Plus, it just wasn’t fair for Mom’s neighbors to have a home just sitting there without a family to care for it every day.

Then I was connected with the Real Estate Consultant who listened to my needs and surprisingly he was very sympathetic. He and everyone else was absolutely awesome. Whenever I had a question someone was there to guide me through it.
