Stress-Free As-Is Sale from Out of State
I inherited a home in Virginia that needed a complete remodel, and managing that while living out of state was overwhelming. I contacted House Buyers of America, Inc. to learn about selling the home as-is, and the process turned out to be extremely easy. We discussed expectations, agreed on a price I felt comfortable with, and worked with the title company to close remotely within 30 days. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell a home without hassle.

Absolutely Great Process!
My husband and I had the opportunity to purchase a new home but had a residence that needed to be sold first. That house needed alot of work still and time was an issue. House Buyers of America made us a fair offer and allowed us to select our closing date. The process was quick and easy! We even got to select our closing date so we could coordinate the two closings. I cannot recommend this company enough! Because of them, we now live in our dream home!
