I filled out their online form, received a call to discuss details, and got an offer shortly after, which I accepted. After inspection, the offer was adjusted as expected, and we were able to negotiate a fair price. From there, the process was seamless. The title company handled everything smoothly, closing was completed remotely with a local notary, and most closing costs were covered. I would recommend House Buyers of America to anyone needing to sell quickly at a fair price.
