This closing went very easy and fast. House Buyers of America was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process. Calls and texts were returned promptly, and scheduling was always accommodated. The title company was also very responsive. As a realtor, I wasn’t sure what to expect when working with an investment company, but the experience was pleasant from start to finish. I look forward to working with them again.
