House Buyers of America was really really good – everyone did great! When my wife passed away, Incouldn’t afford the house anymore and when I checked the mail, House Buyers had sent me a letter. Itnwas exactly what I needed to do – sell it and not have to spend any more money on it. The wholenprocess was quick.

I saw a House Buyers of America commercial during a game and liked that we wouldn’t have to donanything to the house before we sold it. We had moved out of the house a while back and wanted tonsell it. I did a bunch of research on the company – looked at reviews, compared ratings and such, andneverything looked OK. So, my wife and I decided to go through House Buyers to sell. The Real EstatenConsultant was nice to talk to and helpful, and the Settlement Coordinator and Dispositions Consultantnwere too. They didn’t make us spend any money on fixing it up – bought it As Is. What I really liked wasnthat we could sign electronically and do a virtual closing. My wife has an autoimmune deficiency, so notnhaving to go out was very convenient for us. It was all very smooth and quick.

Matt was verynfriendly and responsive to our questions and request.nnAs with any Real Estate transaction there may be some issues, and when we ran into any snags, we werenable to work through them easily. Settlement went well we were able to use our own company for ournbuyer and seller used their own, which made things super easy for our client. We look forward tonknocking out some more deals and working with House Buyers in the future.

House Buyers was an excellent choice to sell my house. I saw their ad on TV and reached out to them anfew other companies. I was skeptical because I didn’t know what to expect; but after speaking to Marknhe put me at ease by explaining how it works. The service House Buyers offers is just like the website says - Hassle free and quick. I showed 3 of HousenBuyers’ homes to my client and they put an offer on 1 of them. They had multiple offers on the housenbecause it was competitively priced, but we got it. We ended up having a home inspection repair listnthat House Buyers had to get completed. We did the final walkthrough – everything was done on time –nthat went very smoothly. The title company House Buyers uses also did a great job – they have peoplenover there that’ve been there forever with good experience under them. No complaints.nnAt the end of the transaction, I was cracking jokes with the Dispositions Consultant, and he was justnrolling with the punches - I’m a jokester of a realtor so I like to kid around with people. It’s nice to worknwith people that have a good sense of humor and don’t let emotions get the best of them. He gets an10/10 in my book! I would work with House Buyers of America again in a heartbeat!

My mom had passed away and my siblings and I found ourselves with a house we didn’t need. We did some research on how to sell this thing quickly. I saw House Buyers of America’s commercial and found a couple other companies to talk with. We met with all 3. The offer House Buyers gave us was by far the HIGHEST! It was amazing how smooth the entire process was. It was exactly as advertised. In no time at all, we were sitting at the settlement table and very happy! Not only was House Buyers very easy to work with they also are super patient when an issue comes up. During the process there was a flood and House Buyers stood by me while the issue was being taken care of. As a buyer agent, I would definitely sell another House Buyer home. Their people are really on top ofnthings and want to make sure the settlement process goes smoothly. My settlement coordinator, innparticular, stays on top of the closing process – making sure the realtors and lenders are doing whatnthey are supposed to be doing. They are all quick to pick up the phone and answer emails. Thentransaction worked out very well for us.
