I needed to sell an Estate I owned but didn’t want to go through a realtor. I knew a realtor would wantnme to make repairs to it and I didn’t want to do that. There were quite a number of repairs that needednto be done and I wasn’t up to doing all that. I also knew that, if I went through a realtor, I wouldn’t knownwhen the house would sell. It could be on the market for Months. My uncle gave me a House Buyersnmailer that came to his house. Mark came out to the house to meet me in person. He seemed like angood guy. It all seemed to be a quick and easy way to sell the house, so I locked in with them. I callednsome other companies too, but House Buyers offered me more than the other guys. There weren’tneven that many calls or emails back and forth – maybe 1-2 calls and 2-3 emails – it was all very littlenwork for me. I liked that I didn’t have to be that involved in the whole thing. I would recommend themnto my own family and friends.

I saw a flyer she had gotten in the mail, and saw House Buyer ads on-line everywhere, but the only thing that helped me make the decision on who to use – who to TRUST, was the BBB. The had a great rating on the BBB. Right now, they’re rated A+!nnEveryone at House Buyers of America were so professional, helpful and communicated well from the beginning to the very end. The inspector that came out was very knowledgeable and polite, and the Real Estate Consultant even helped me get a higher price from House Buyers. What made it even easier for me was that House Buyers would trash the house out for me. My sister left a lot of stuff behind, and it was overwhelming to deal with. They bought the house with so much stuff in it and I didn’t have to worry about getting it all out. The cleaning crew came in afterwards, and even they were super nice. The title company was also a pleasure to work with - and they highly recommended House Buyers too. The whole process was painless. I would recommend House Buyers of America to anyone.

I heard about House Buyers of America by doing a search on-line. I had bought a house for my daughter, but, due to some unfortunate circumstances, I ended up renting it out to tenants. I got tired of the maintenance of renting out the home so I decided to sell it. But I needed to do it quickly. With what I read on their website and reviews, I wasn’t skeptical about not using a realtor. They’ve been in business a while and seemed to know what they’re doing. And it didn’t take too long. That’s what I needed. It’s very frustrating to sell a home and with all the stress I was dealing with, I couldn’t take anymore. A quick sale is what I needed, and they got it done.

My son went into the military, and as a single mom, I didn’t need a big house all to myself, so I decided to sell it. The maintenance got too much for me – fixing things and mowing the lawn and all. I’m happy to say, that the commercials for House Buyers of America show exactly what happens. They make an offer and they buy it As Is. I did my research on other companies and most of them don’t buy As Is because they don’t want to make repairs. Well, I didn’t have the money to make repairs, so I needed a company that would buy it the way it was. I had my realtor friend look at the contract and the settlement paperwork and she said everything looked normal. If I had gone through a realtor, I would have had to fix everything and clean it up and stage it so it would look pretty. I just did not have the finances for that. It worked out really well for me. It was very easy and quick. Now I’m living in a place with a maintenance staff to fix anything that comes up!

The first company we called told us “No” right out the hatch! They wanted us to keep paying the mortgage and let them sell it – but that’s not what we wanted. We wanted to just outright sell it and stop paying our mortgage. We set a goal to sell by June and kept calling other companies to buy our house.nnThen we found House Buyers of America and things just took off. We told them how much we wanted for it and they said “No problem – we can do that.” We didn’t want to deal with the hassle of a realtor and House Buyers did everything! They took care of it all. Then we found a house in Florida and we fell in love with it. They were ready to close with us in Florida immediately. We accepted House Buyer’s offer and closed 2 full months early on March 31st.nnAt the beginning, I was a bit skeptical about selling to a company versus going through a realtor. People had told me horror stories about getting snowballed or that we wouldn’t be taken care of. But It wasn’t like that at all. House Buyers took care of us, and they paid us what we wanted for our house. Everything went fast and smoothly from start to finish. It happened quickly, which was exactly what we needed.
