It is very comforting to know that, as a professional, there is always another professional working with you to get a deal done. Working with House Buyers gave me that feeling, as they were instantly responsive with any questions I may have had. Even after settlement, the sales consultant was available to answer a few questions I had. If I were to come across one of their homes in the future, I would definitely recommend them to my clients, knowing they would make the whole process that much easier.

Being able to reach the consultant working with me on this sale was one of the easiest parts of the transactions. If there were any questions, I was able to pick up and call him at any time and was also responsive with the emails and documents that were needed for settlement. Everything from the real estate consultant to the Settlements office were responsive, professional, and just easy to work with overall. The company’s work ethic was beyond impressive and we found all of the office staff to be attentive and readily accessible from the beginning. The sales specialist and the closing department made sure we were comfortable with the terms of the sale, therefore making it an uneventful and simple transaction which went off without any stumbling blocks. Speed and efficiency are probably the two best words to describe House Buyers of America. Everything went very quickly and smoothly. I was able to show the house three times, and one client loved the home, so we went ahead and put in an offer. It was amazing how quickly we heard back from the consultant working on the home, and how we were able to close on the home as quickly as we did. The whole process was hassle-free, and they definitely surpassed my expectations of a typical real estate investment firm. These guys were polite, efficient, and just overall a delight to work with. I am looking forward to working with them again in the future!

After recently getting married in July, it was time for me to make a quick sale and move on with my life. I checked around online to any company that would be willing to buy my home, as is, without a hassle. My only concern was the bottom line; I did not want to bring a check to the closing table. My mother wanted to sell her house as is, with no renovation because it would have been too costly to renovate and too much time to supervise. We had been doing research to sell it for quite some time and had actually contacted several other companies to evaluate our options. nWe first discovered House Buyers though a flyer that came in the mail to her house. We initially thought that the valuation we would receive would be too low to consider. However, this was not the case. After speaking to the representative who answered our call and doing our own due diligence, we knew we would be able to work with your team on the sale of the property. nAfter deciding to move forward we found everything to be clear and precise. Questions got answered in a timely manner and directly.
