Keeping up my own home as well as a secondary property would have been costly and not to mention very time consuming with upkeep or becoming a landlord. Recommending House Buyers would be something that I would do instantly, without question. When web advertisements pop up on social media, usually I ignore and pay them no mind. For some reason, I decided to open the ad for your company, and oh, am I glad that I did. After doing a quick look at your website, I found that there were several videos of clients. After watching them, I was impressed enough to call. I just purchased another home and thinking about all the financial hardship that would pile up was an unbearable thought. I Expect Exceptional Service

One of my passions is to work on distressed homes, making them as beautiful as they should be and creating a forever home for a future family. The Way to Go
In 2017, my parents began to have medical problems. With their old age, it was time for us to think about selling their home and move them out to be with me in Washington State. They could not afford to live out on their own and their medical health was deteriorating rapidly. I could not leave them alone any longer. Cordial & Friendly
I very much enjoyed my experience with House Buyers of America. My objective was to move to North Carolina as soon as possible and House Buyers of America made this possible. Selling my Condo would have taken me much longer if I had used a realtor. I did not want to go through the process of renovations that would have been required if I had used a realtor. We lived in the condo for over 30 years and some updates and renovations were needed.
